How it works

Do your shopping and set aside a few hours over the weekend or whatever day suits you. You'll chop, cook, pack and put into fridge and freezer. You are then ready to go for the week. You will also have unlimited access to all my online workouts starting at 7 minutes a day. You decide what your goal is with me. Then all you have to do is login and you can stream my workouts from any of your devices.

How much weight will you lose?

When you start something new then you can lose from 3 pounds upwards. that being said it's where your baseline is. All my clients have lost anything from 3 pounds to 10 pounds on the first week.

About Fiona Fleming
I am the creator of Ph7 and I’ve been a personal trainer and health coach since 2009. In that time I’ve educated and encouraged thousands of people to improve their health and fitness. Having a postgraduate in Exercise & Nutrition Science and running my own gym since 2010 has given me a critical understanding of the concepts and controversies of exercise and nutrition. As well as that, my knowledge and experience has created an inviting, exhilarating fitness experience focusing on real results. 

I have delivered over 15,000 hours of classes including nutrition workshops which have had a positive effect with my clients that includes losing inches and pounds in a safe and sustainable way. I am dedicated 
to helping everyone achieve peak performance in every aspect of their 
life through exercise and nutrition. Carrying my success online with 
results driven programmes has meant that I can help a wider community to increase their fitness, lose weight and make them feel more in 
control and happier in themselves.

Healthy Recipes
Hummus

2 tins of drained chickpeas (save the liquid as you will need to add some later) .Add 2 cans of chickpeas to blender. Add juice of two fresh lemons. Squeeze through your hands to catch the seeds. Add 2 cloves of garlic, 1/4 cup olive oil, 1 tsp cumin and pinch sea salt. Add 1/4 of liquid but add more if you want a thinner consistency. Blend until smooth. 
Finally sprinkle a little paprika on top.

Protein Brownies

1 cup mashed banana, 1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 cup cacao, 1 scoop protein powder
Preheat over to 190c and line a muffin tin with liners. In a blender mix all ingredients and blend until smooth. Fill each liner halfway up and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Can be frozen and taste gorgeous out of the freezer too.


Lean Breakfast Smoothie

1-2 shots of espresso
1 scoop of vanilla protein
200ml coconut milk
1 tbsp almond butter
1 x handful pecans
1 date soaked in espresso to make it easier to blend
Plenty of ice
Blend and enjoy
Clean Juice

1 stick celery
1 green apple
1/2 cucumber
handful mint
1 cup water
handful spinach
Add more water for desired consistency
Ice and blend
