Looking for the ultimate burn? This class is what you need! 30 minutes combining high intensity cardio with strength training for a full body, fat burning workout blast!

Tuesday 7.15am: Bums, Legs & Tums
It’s a full body aerobic workout that simultaneously helps to firm up your bum and stomach area while also making your legs leaner. We use steps, chairs even foot stools and body weight. Even though the class is all lower body exercises, working this area will also work your core muscles and improve your balance. 

Tuesday 5.30pm: Strength & Tone

This class increases strength in your muscles, which increases calories burned while toning up your muscles. Focusing mainly on floor work, so very easy to do at home.

Wednesday 7.15am: Strength & Tone

This class increases strength in your muscles, which increases calories burned while toning up your muscles. Focusing mainly on floor work, so very easy to do at home.

Wednesday 5.30pm: HIIT at Home

HIIT is an amazing way to get that heart rate up and get your sweat on!
 All of the moves in this class can be adapted for beginner level and advanced.

Thursday 7.15am: Body Pump (No equipment required)

It is a fast paced workout specifically designed to help you get leaner, more toned. Resistance training focusing on high repetitions and low weight. If you don’t have weights that’s ok. We adapt the class for everyone.

Your subscription will automatically roll over EVERY 30 days of €25. If you do not wish to continue with subscription with PH7 at the end of your 30 days you will need to cancel your subscription prior to the 30th day. We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours prior to the expiry of your subscription to ensure a charge is not processed.To cancel your payment you can email me fiona@purefit.ie and I will cancel immediately.

I understand The Health+Wellness is €25 per month, and that I will be billed once upon subscribing, and then once every 30 days afterwards unless I cancel by email. I also understand there are no refunds on subscriptions, but that I can cancel any time via the email, phone number or address at the bottom of this page.
